On Monday May 3rd & Tuesday May 4th the Boycom Office will be closed for training and implementation of a new Subscriber Management and Billing system. This new system will offer Boycom subscribers a new Self-Help portal, MyBroadbandAccount, with many new features including the ability to view your Boycom account and real-time payment processing.
While our office is closed, you may make your payment online by going to www.boycom.com and clicking on the Pay Online button. You may report any service issues to our answering service by calling our office number at 573-686-9101 or 800-890-6620. The service will send your message to one of our technicians and our office staff will be checking messages throughout the day as well.
