 BOYCOM Cablevision, Inc., is a family-owned, incumbent multiple system operator (MSO) that provides video service in rural portions of Butler, Wayne, Stoddard, Bollinger, Oregon, Carter, Ripley, Pemiscot, Howell, Shannon and Reynolds counties in southeast Missouri, as well as Clay and Randolph counties in northeastern Arkansas.
BOYCOM is also currently providing high-speed broadband internet services in a few select communities within Butler, Wayne, Carter and Ripley counties in southeastern Missouri as a “last-mile” internet service provider.
BOYCOM was founded in 1992 by Steven D. and Patricia Jo Boyers after 15 years in the underground telecommunication construction business. BOYCOM Cablevision built its first system in Butler County, MO in the rural areas surrounding the community of Poplar Bluff. They went on to build a cable network in the Lake Wappapello area of Butler and Wayne Counties. Additional cable networks have been added to its operations over the years by purchasing systems in surrounding communities as they have become available.
